I love salads with fresh vegetables. Sometimes I cook them with the addition of seaweed. This combination of ingredients is very useful, especially in the winter season. Please note that the white cabbage should be pre-kneaded with salt.
Ingredients
- Cabbage (white) – 300 g
- Sea cabbage - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the white cabbage, sprinkle with salt and lightly mash with your hands.
Chop the green onion and peeled bell pepper.
Mix sea and white cabbage, bell pepper, green onion, salt and ground pepper.
Add vegetable oil and mix.
