Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 350 g
- Apples (sweet and sour) – 200 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Sunflower seeds (fried) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Raisins - handful
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Remove the top leaves and slice the cabbage.
Peel the apples from the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Cut the parmesan into thin slices using a special grater.
Mix cabbage, apples, raisins, seeds, parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
