- Salad mix - 100 g
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Cheese Dor Blue - 100 g
- Grapes - 150 g
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Walnuts - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pear into thin slices, crumble the Dor Blue cheese and arbitrarily chop the salad leaves.
Cut large grapes in half, chop the nuts and mix all the ingredients.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
