Nettle is a very original ingredient of Russian cuisine, which many undeservedly forget. I suggest experimenting with it today. And, for example, add it to such a bright okroshka with beets.

- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Nettle - 1 bundle
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Mint - 4 twigs
- Kvass - 800 g
- Mineral water - 1 l
- Sour cream - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes, beets and eggs until tender. Pour boiling water over the nettle for 30 seconds.
Grate the beetroot, chop all the greens, and cut the rest of the ingredients into cubes.
Pour the okroshka with kvass and mineral water, mix and serve with sour cream.
