This vegetable salad is good primarily for its brightness. And, of course, excellent taste. Sometimes I also add red cabbage or purple basil to it. It will be even better with yellow, green or black tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Cabbage - 100 g
- Peking cabbage - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly chop both types of cabbage and purple onion.
Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and crab sticks into larger pieces.
Chop the green onions and mix the salad. Season to taste.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and lemon juice, and add a couple of lemon slices.
