Tofu is not only a meat and protein replacement for vegetarians. This is an excellent independent product that is constantly used in Asian cuisine, and increasingly in European. Today I suggest adding some fried tofu to a tuna salad.
Ingredients
- Arugula - 120 g
- Tuna - 1 bank
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Tofu - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the tofu into cubes, roll in spices and fry in olive oil on all sides.
At the very end, season the tofu with soy sauce.
Cut the onion into feathers, and cherry into halves. Divide the tuna into large pieces.
Beautifully put all the ingredients on the arugula and, if desired, season and sprinkle with oil.
