Pear is one of my favorite ingredients in salads. It goes well with vegetables, herbs and, of course, with chicken. And for piquancy, I add chopped cheddar with a vegetable peeler. However, any hard cheese will do, but I advise you to choose the aged one.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Pear - 1 piece
- Cranberries (dried) – 1 handful
- Walnuts - 1 handful
- Cheddar Cheese - 60 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces, roll in spices and fry until browned.
Cut the pear into thin slices, and the cheese into plates or shavings. You can just rub it.
Pour warm water over the cranberries for a couple of minutes and dry them with paper towels.
Wash the spinach and put the pear with chicken and cheese on it.
Sprinkle the salad with nuts and cranberries, salt and sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic.
