It's very easy to make a delicious salad from seaweed. It is enough just to add a fragrant dressing of garlic and sesame. This is the easiest and fastest recipe. I often use it when I need to quickly serve something light on the table.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 350 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly dry sesame seeds in a frying pan and grind in a blender.
Add the zest, lemon juice, sugar, salt, oil and garlic passed through the press. Mix well.
Squeeze the sea cabbage from the excess liquid and mix with the prepared dressing.
