This salad will appeal to lovers of bright flavors. Squid are marinated in lemons and turn out incredibly juicy. Such a dish will perfectly replace pickles on the table and will take on the role of a snack. You can also add green onions or fragrant parsley.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Lower the squid carcasses into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put them on a plate to cool.

Cut the cooled squid into rings.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the squid rings over high heat.

Scald the lemon with boiling water and cut into circles.

Mix squid, lemon, capers and olives.

Add salt, ground pepper and remaining olive oil. Before serving, the salad should stand for 30-40 minutes.
