Another interesting recipe for an appetizing salad. You can serve it on a large plate or in portions in bowls. If the sprats are bitter, mash them with lemon juice. The dish will acquire a light citrus flavor and will taste better.
Ingredients
- Sprats (canned) – 1 bank
- Cucumbers (salty) – 150 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the pickles and carrots.
Peel and grate the potatoes.
Peel the eggs, divide into whites and yolks, grate.
Remove the sprats from the jar and mash with a fork.
Put potatoes on a plate, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
The next layers are carrots, cucumbers, sprats and proteins. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Sprinkle the salad with yolks and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
