Korean carrots have long been a frequent guest on our tables, and are in no hurry to give up positions. But why not experiment with the rest of the ingredients? I offer my own version of the salad with apple and radish.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Apples - 1 piece
- Radish - 5 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Hot red pepper (ground) – 1 pinch
- Ground coriander - 1 pinch
- Paprika - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater and grate the apple separately in the same way. Sprinkle the apple with lemon juice.
Cut the radish into thin strips and mix the ingredients.
Mix vinegar, oil, crushed garlic and all spices, pour over the salad and mix.
Leave it to infuse under the film for at least half an hour.
