- Turkey (fillet) – 300 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it thoroughly and cut it into large pieces.
Rub each piece with salt, paprika and ground pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the turkey and fry until tender.
Cut the cooled turkey into small cubes.
Peel the bell pepper and cut into strips.
Mix salad mix, bell pepper, salt, ground pepper and olive oil.
Put the salad on a plate, spread the turkey pieces on top.
