Exquisite salad for a special occasion. The combination of juicy beef, vegetables and fruits is simply amazing! You can mix all the ingredients together or lay out pieces of avocado, forming a fence for salad. I share the details of the recipe.
Ingredients
- Veal (steak) – 350 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Orange (large) – 1 piece
- Bell pepper (large) – 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Salad mix - 250 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the veal steak, peel off the films and dry thoroughly.
Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the veal over high heat for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Put the meat on a board and slice.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop tomatoes, peeled orange and bell pepper.
Mix salad mix, avocado, orange, veal and vegetables.
Add sesame seeds, ground pepper, salt, olive oil and soy sauce. Gently mix the salad with special tongs.
