A wonderful everyday Japanese recipe for lovers of Asian cuisine! Crab sticks and shrimp go into this salad, so it is prepared very quickly. For decoration, I advise you to use seaweed or green onions.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Shrimp (cleared) – 250 g
- Pickled ginger - 50 g
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the cabbage and grate the carrots on a Korean grater.
Season to taste and mash with your hands.
Boil the shrimp for a couple of minutes until tender and coarsely chop the crab sticks.
Put them in a salad, and put the petals of pickled ginger in the same place.
Sprinkle everything with sesame oil. You can serve it this way or with teriyaki sauce.
