Vegetable salads always cause an appetite by their appearance alone. They are bright, beautiful, juicy and crispy. This time I suggest adding two raisins at once – a little mushrooms and feta. And at the same time I will tell you how to fill such a dish.
Ingredients
For Salad:
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Feta - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
For dressing:
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Orange juice - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop all the vegetables and mushrooms. Randomly chop the greens.
Lightly fry the mushrooms on a grill or non-stick frying pan.
Add olives and feta cubes.
Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
