- Lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Apples (green) – 2 pieces
- Nuts - 2 handfuls
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Green onion - 2 pen
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into slices, and chop the green onions and celery.
Add lettuce leaves, arugula and coarsely chopped nuts.
For dressing, mix balsamic, olive oil and lemon juice.
