If you love broccoli, you probably often face a problem – how else to cook it. Familiar? Then I share my favorite and proven recipe for tuna salad. The secret is not only in the combination of ingredients, but also in the original dressing.
Ingredients
For salad:
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Tuna - 2 banks
For dressing:
- Garlic (crushed) – 2 clove
- Olive oil - 60 ml
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Parmesan (grated) – 20 g
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil and coarsely chop the eggs.
Boil the broccoli inflorescences for a couple of minutes until soft.
Slice the onion with feathers and randomly slice the avocado.
Mash the tuna with a fork and mix the ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.
