The simplest everyday salad consists of only three main ingredients – radish, cottage cheese and greens. But this is more than enough for a full-fledged everyday dish. And thanks to the bright colors, it looks appropriate even on a festive table.
Ingredients
- Radish - 150 g
- Cottage cheese - 150 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the radish into thin, almost transparent circles. Cut the largest of them in half.
Chop the greens as small as possible and mash the cottage cheese into crumbs with a fork.
Mix the ingredients, add spices and olive oil to taste.
