A hearty and simple everyday salad is great for a family dinner. You just need to fry the chicken and chop the pickled mushrooms with the rest of the ingredients. I tell you what else to add and what to pay attention to.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 200 g
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into rings and pour boiling water with vinegar, sugar and salt. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Chop the chicken fillet, season and fry on both sides. Cut into strips.
Chop the pickled mushrooms and pepper, add lettuce leaves, mix the salad.
Season it with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
