Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 100 g
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Arugula - 50 g
- Wine vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Peel tomatoes from the core and chop.
Tear the arugula into pieces with your hands.
Mix everything, add ground pepper, salt, oil and vinegar.
