Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 3 carcasses
- Shrimp (cleared) – 200 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Lettuce - 100 g
- Arugula - 20 g
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Ground Ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the squid, cucumbers and peeled bell pepper.
Tear salad leaves and arugula into pieces with your hands.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the shrimp and fry until tender.
Squeeze garlic through a press, add salt and mix.
Mix squid, shrimp, salad leaves, arugula, bell pepper and cucumbers.
Add salt, ground ginger, olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle the finished salad with sesame seeds.
