Did you get purple Peking cabbage in the store? Be sure to buy and prepare a salad. I like to mix it with bright vegetables and season with mayonnaise. The dish turns out to be so delicious and bright that it can even be put on a festive table.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage (purple) – 350 g
- Cucumbers (large) – 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the Peking cabbage into thin strips.
Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces.
Put the canned corn in a colander and rinse.
Peel the purple onion from the husk and chop it.
In a wide salad bowl, mix cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and corn.
Add salt, mayonnaise and mix gently.
