On the one hand, this salad has a very simple composition – beef, carrots, and even some vegetables. On the other hand, it turns out very tasty, bright and, oddly enough, unusual. So be sure to try it when you want to surprise your loved ones!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fry the beef in one piece and cut into strips.

Cut the carrots into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.

Randomly chop the remaining vegetables, add arugula and spinach.

Season the salad with olive oil. You can sprinkle with balsamic or soy sauce.
