A great dietary dish for those who follow the figure or adhere to fasting. A portion of this salad will enrich the body with vitamins, cheer up and satisfy hunger for a long time. If you don't like spicy food, exclude red pepper.
Ingredients
- Red Beans (canned) – 1 bank
- Corn (canned) – 100 g
- Quinoa - 1 glass
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (purified) – 3 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the quinoa, pour cold water, add salt and boil for 15 minutes.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the greens, peeled Bulgarian and hot peppers.
Put the red beans and corn in a colander and rinse.
Mix everything, add salt, ground red pepper and oil.
