This recipe is an interesting culinary fusion in which Korean and European traditions are intertwined. Buckwheat noodles – soba - are best suited here. And you will also need broccoli, tofu, mushrooms and green peas.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat noodles - 150 g
- Broccoli - 250 g
- Tofu - 250 g
- Porcini mushrooms - 200 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the noodles according to the instructions until cooked and rinse so that they do not stick together.
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry in olive oil.
Add the peas to the mushrooms and fry for another minute.
Broccoli inflorescences boil for 4-5 minutes until soft.
Separately fry the diced tofu and pour soy sauce over it at the end.
Mix the salad, season to taste and sprinkle with sesame oil.
