I don't like mayonnaise, so I try to cook even puff salads without it. In this recipe, I replaced the mayonnaise with olive oil. You can mix it with ingredients or water each new layer. I tell you how I cook.

- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and dice the avocado.
Add lemon juice, oil and mix.
Chop the red fish and peeled onion.
Using a serving ring, lay out layers of avocado, onion and fish. After each layer, add ground pepper, coriander and salt.
