Ingredients
- Shrimp - 150 g
- Avocado - 1 pcs.
- Grapefruit - 1 pcs.
- Arugula - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cashews - 50 g
- Butter - 1 tsp.
- Greek yogurt - 2 art.l.
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and fry the shrimp in preheated butter with crushed garlic, salt and ground paprika until a beautiful golden color (about 5-7 minutes), then cool.
Cut the avocado, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a spoon, cut into slices.
Peel the grapefruit, divide into slices, remove the films.
Wash the arugula and dry it with a paper towel.
Prepare the dressing: mix ketchup and Greek yogurt, add salt to taste.
Put the arugula on the dish, pour the dressing over it, randomly put the shrimp, grapefruit slices and avocado on top. Add the cashews and serve.
