Ingredients
- Pineapple - 150 g
- Arugula - 30 g
- Strawberries - 100 g
- Pistachios - handful
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut strawberries and pineapples into small pieces.
Wash the arugula, shake it off and tear it with your hands.
Peel the pistachios and dry them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Mix arugula, pistachios, salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil.
Add strawberries, pineapples and mix gently again.
The finished salad can be sprinkled with almond petals, flax seeds or sesame seeds.
