This salad only seems complicated at first glance. But in fact, it is very easy to prepare, especially if you already have Korean carrots and it does not need to be pickled in advance. It wonderfully complements any seafood!
Ingredients
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Sea cocktail - 300 g
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l .
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Daikon - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the seafood over high heat for 5 minutes, season with curry and soy sauce, and fry lightly.
Grate the daikon on a Korean grater and cut the bell pepper into strips.
Chop the green onion, chili and garlic. Add sesame seeds.
Mix the salad and sprinkle with sesame oil.
