When it comes to seafood, it's hard to choose one thing. I suggest not to torment yourself and cook a salad of assorted seafood. Then the recipe describes how to prepare and mix the ingredients. We will fill it with salad mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Squid (boiled) – 250 g
- Shrimp (chilled) – 200 g
- Rapana (boiled) – 150 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Mayonnaise (salad) – 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut red fish, squid and rapan.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix everything, add salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.
