If you like original dishes, you will surely like salmon baked with lemon and honey in the oven. It would seem that what can honey have to do with fish? But no, it's just the perfect combination of flavors. I suggest we start cooking soon!
Ingredients
- Salmon (fillet) – 500 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Lemon - half
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the salmon, dry it with a paper towel and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Season the fish with salt, pepper, smear with sour cream and put it aside for 10 minutes.
Slice the lemon into thin half slices. Leave six pieces for the fish, squeeze out the juice from the rest. In a separate bowl, mix honey, lemon juice and olive oil.
Put the fish in a greased form and pour the honey-lemon mixture.
Put half a slice of lemon on top of each piece. Sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and rosemary leaves. Cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Remove the foil, add the rosemary sprigs and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
