If you are tired of the endless cooking of dry beans, try baking it in pots. Firstly, it is faster, because in ceramics everything is baked evenly from different sides. Secondly, it is also tastier, because baked dishes always win over cooked ones.
Ingredients
- Beans - 2 glasses
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 of the clove
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the beans overnight, and the next day put them in pots. Pour in half a cup of water and send it to the oven at 180 degrees. Bake the beans until tender, it can take from 40 to 60 minutes.
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and pepper, and fry everything until golden. Add flour and mix.
Mix a glass of water with tomato paste and pour it into the vegetables. Add sugar and all spices, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt to the finished beans, add the vegetable mixture and garlic passed through the press.
Bake for another 20 minutes at the same temperature.
