Sweet casserole can be made not only from cottage cheese or pasta. Try baking it from millet. You can cook it with milk or water. In the recipe I add raisins, it also turns out delicious with dried apricots, apples or nuts.
Ingredients
- Millet (boiled) – 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Raisins - handful
- Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the raisins, pour boiling water and cover for 10 minutes.
Mix boiled millet with sugar, salt, vanilla essence and lightly beaten egg.
Add the raisins and mix again.
Put the mass in a greased mold and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
Cool the casserole completely before serving.
