Chop tomatoes, carrots, peeled bell peppers and onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Add tomato, bell pepper and carrot. Continue cooking, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the washed bulgur and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat. The cereal should turn out to be a beautiful golden color.

Pour boiling water, add salt and cook for 30 minutes under the lid.

Add green peas, pepper and turn off after 3 minutes. Insist bulgur under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
