Recently replenished my piggy bank of fast, delicious and healthy breakfasts with this simple recipe for tuna omelet. A perfect combination of flavors, high protein content and just a charge of cheerfulness for the whole day are guaranteed. I prefer to serve it with slices of tomatoes or cucumbers.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 tbsp.l.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Paprika - 1 pinch
- Italian herbs - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the garlic and fry it in a frying pan for literally 20 seconds.
Drain the liquid from the tuna, chop it and send it to the garlic for another half minute.
Beat the eggs with milk and spices, pour into a frying pan and fry the omelet under the lid until cooked.
When the top begins to set, sprinkle it with chopped herbs.
Put the omelet on a plate and slice.
