- Salmon (chilled) – 300 g
- Asparagus - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Dried herbs - 2 pinches
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the chilled salmon. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt, spices and herbs. You can cover with a film and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Wash and dry the vegetables. Also sprinkle with olive oil, lightly salt and sprinkle with herbs.
Put the fish and vegetables on the hot grill at the same time. Close the lid and cook for 7 minutes.
Serve fish and vegetables hot. Additionally, you can pour sauce, for example, teriyaki. Fresh chopped greens will also not be superfluous!
