Any curly pasta is suitable for cooking, bacon can be both smoked and non-smoked. Mushrooms can also be used any - fresh or frozen. I'm telling you the recipe!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (assorted) – 100 g
- Pasta (fusilli) – 100 g
- Bacon - 5-6 slices
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Meat broth (or vegetable) – 250 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the oil in a frying pan and transfer the chopped mushrooms to fry for 5-6 minutes.
Add the raw pasta to the pan and pour in the broth – meat or vegetable will do. Add salt to taste and add spices. Cook on low heat under the lid, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. If necessary, add broth or water.
When the pasta is ready, add the sliced bacon and stir, turn off the heat after a couple of minutes.
Serve fragrant delicious pasta with fresh herbs.
