Ingredients
- Beetroot - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 4 art.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cabbage - 0.5 head
- Beans (canned) – 1 glass
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beetroot into strips and fry it with crushed garlic until soft.
Add chopped carrots, peppers and onions.
Chop the tomatoes in a blender, mix with the tomato, and send it there in a couple of minutes.
Simmer the vegetables until tender.
Add water, beans and cabbage to the vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook everything together for another 10 minutes.
