For this recipe, it is better to use small potatoes. You do not need to clean it, so it will not boil during cooking. The shins can be marinated overnight, and the potatoes should be added immediately before baking.

- Chicken legs - 800 g
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
For the marinade, mix vegetable oil with soy sauce, add paprika and garlic passed through a press.
Transfer the shins to a deep bowl, pour in the marinade, stir and leave for 30 minutes.
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water and cut into halves.
Put the potatoes in a bowl with the shins and mix thoroughly.
In the mold, put the first layer of potatoes with the peel down, on top of the shin.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
