Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork ribs, remove the film and cut into large pieces so that there are 3-4 ribs on each of them.
Prepare the marinade for the ribs by mixing all the other ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly so that the marinade is homogeneous.
Put the meat in a glass container and pour the marinade. Make sure that it gets into all the pieces. Cover the dishes with a lid or cling film and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Take the pork ribs out of the refrigerator, wrap them in 2 layers of foil and place them to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the meat from the oven, open the foil. Turn the pieces over and brush with the remnants of the marinade. Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes so that the ribs are browned. After that, you can take out the dish, slice it and serve it to the table.
