Don't know how to cook delicious oatmeal? Use my favorite recipe and you are guaranteed to succeed. I cook oatmeal porridge with banana and milk. This makes the dish fragrant and very satisfying.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 200 g
- Milk - 600 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour oatmeal into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Pour in the cold milk, stir and bring to a boil over low heat.
Add salt, sugar and boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peel the bananas and cut them into small cubes. Cut a small amount of fruit into slices and set aside for serving.
Pour the chopped bananas into a saucepan and stir. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Add butter, stir and turn off. Infuse the porridge under the lid for 15 minutes.
Serve the porridge by adding banana slices to the plate.
