Wash the ribs, lightly dry them with paper towels, clean them from films and excess fat.
Thoroughly rub the ribs on all sides with salt and ground black pepper.
Mix liquid honey, mustard and garlic passed through the press.
Using a silicone brush, brush the ribs with the resulting sauce.
Place the ribs on a greased baking sheet, cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Put the ribs on a plate, add a slice of lemon and rosemary.
