Every day I try to add more vegetables to my diet. I cook soups, make salads, bake and, of course, cook all kinds of stews. From the last recipes, I really liked the vegetable stew with beans. Simple, satisfying and healthy!
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beans and soak for 2 hours. Change the water, add salt and boil until half cooked. On average, it takes 45 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, celery, carrots, peeled onions and bell peppers.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, add onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, celery, bell pepper and beans boiled until half cooked.
Pour in hot water and simmer for half an hour under the lid.
Add salt, squeeze garlic through a press and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Insist the finished dish for 15-20 minutes under the lid so that the vegetables are soaked and become more fragrant.
