Today I will tell you a quick recipe for potatoes in a rustic way. It will need a little oil, salt, ground pepper and small potatoes. It depends on its size how quickly the dish is cooked.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (not large) – 500 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them in half.

Mix potatoes with butter, salt and ground pepper.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the potatoes and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
