Scallops are a real delicacy that will appeal to seafood lovers. Scallops can be stewed, baked in the oven or grilled, but the easiest way is to fry them in a frying pan in butter, it will take a minimum of time, and the result will certainly please.

Ingredients

  • Scallops - 300 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Greenery - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Defrost the scallops, dry them with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add a piece of butter and melt it. Put the scallops in a frying pan, fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Turn over and continue frying for another 2 minutes.

Put the scallops on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve immediately.
