Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Paprika (smoked) – 2-3 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet and cut off the veined fat.
Mix paprika, salt, pepper and oil to a mushy consistency.
Rub the chicken with this mixture and leave for half an hour.
Wrap each fillet in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
If you plan to serve or use the fillet cold, let it cool directly in the foil.
