A fragrant spoonful of buckwheat porridge with milk perfectly energizes for the whole day, quenches appetite at lunch and restores strength in the evening. For convenience, I suggest cooking porridge on water, and adding milk at the very end. It's easier and more convenient for me to cook this way!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat - 200 g
  • Water - 400 ml
  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the buckwheat several times until the water is completely clean.

Pour salt and prepared buckwheat into boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

Add butter, hot milk, sugar and mix gently.

Boil the porridge for 2 minutes, turn it off and leave it to infuse under the lid.
