My family loves baked cod very much, so I have to cook it often. Since time is usually short, it is most convenient to combine the preparation of fish and garnish. For example, bake cod with potatoes and cheese in the oven. It's satisfying, delicious and simple!

Ingredients

  • Cod (fillet) – 500 g
  • Potatoes (boiled in uniforms) – 400 g
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Cream - 5 tbsp.l .
  • Olive oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the potatoes and cut into 5-7 mm thick circles.

Wash the cod fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small pieces.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater, mix with cream and pepper.

Put a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the greased mold, add salt and ground black pepper.

Place the pieces of cod on top at the same distance from each other.

Lay out the cheese with cream and spread evenly over the entire surface.

Close everything tightly with a double layer of foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Carefully remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
