Wash the salmon fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Finely chop the parsley, garlic, green and onion. Put everything in a separate bowl.

Add dried paprika, salt, ground pepper and half of the mayonnaise. Mix everything well.

Brush the fish with the remaining mayonnaise and carefully place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
