Now many refuse meat and switch to proper nutrition. To be honest, I don't really delve into this topic, I just cook healthy meals for my family from time to time. Sometimes, for example, I fry quinoa cutlets. Try it, it's delicious!
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 300 g
- Quinoa - 1,5 glasses
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Water - 3 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, cool the cabbage slightly and chop it in a blender.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater, chop the greens finely.
Activate the "Cooking" mode, boil water and pour quinoa. Cook for 15 minutes.
Put the finished quinoa in a bowl, rinse the bowl of the slow cooker.
Mix quinoa, cabbage, herbs, cheese, eggs, salt and ground pepper.
From the resulting minced meat, form small cutlets of the same size.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, pour in the oil and wait until it warms up properly.
Lay out the cutlets and fry until golden brown on both sides.
